We often hear that wedding pros don’t love writing when they inquire, but when we read “thinking about what to write makes my brain hurt” in Alex Moreau’s inquiry, we knew this project would be a treat.

And a treat, it was. Alex’s wedding planning brand, XO Moreau, has a rebellious, edgy vibe that you don’t see every day in the wedding industry. She was looking to show off her grungy-cool personality alongside her stunning, artistic wedding planning work, and her words fell short.

We worked with Alex over two weeks to write four pages of fresh website copy and a sales brochure that would knock the socks off of any Austin, TX couples looking for not-your-average wedding planner.

Did we live up to the job?

Alex would say so. We caught up over margaritas just two months after our project ended and learned that inquiries had been flying into her inbox faster than ever before, she was raising her prices as a result, and one couple specifically told her that they read every single word on her website and wished there was more, that’s how much they loved it.
